BEDFORD TRAKTORS CLUB
CHAMPIONSHIP 2007
This year's championship is remarkably similar to last year's. So
yet again the best male and female are going to win (probably) but
also for lesser achievers there will be a handicap championship as
well to even things out. The best male/female might still win but
you won’t be able to complain. Handicaps will be based (mainly but
not exclusively) around your results from last years races. When the
committee (of one) have put more thought into it I’ll let you know
the precise handicapping details.
The following races form the series with members' best 3 results
counting from at least 2 different distances. You can enter just
three or as many as you like and simply drop your worst scores.

There are just two conditions of entry:
You must compete as a Bedford Traktor.
You must be a 2007 season Bedford Traktor member (you do not need to
be an official BTA member).
Our own events always need plenty of marshals so please
make efforts to encourage friends & family to support and marshal on
the day in your place.
Scoring is based on National
Ranking Series principles where a person finishing at the 40% mark
in a field (i.e. 40th in100 or 80th in 200)
gets 100 points. Your time divided by their time and multiplied by
100 gives you your points score.
The Club (me again) will check
and work out the `Championship' results following release of
official results. Male & female prizes, straight and handicapped,
will be dumped on you at the Almost Annual Mighty Traks Christmas
Dinner Face Stufferage.
The Management.
